"Balance Transfer" service code is *145*0xxxxxxxx*sum#. The price of each transfer is 3 AMD. You can transfer starting from 10 AMD. Transfer is possible for 5 times a day. The service is available not to all price plans.

I use Be Free/Smart price plan, how can I check the balance of inclusions?
You can check the balance and the expiry date for the provided inclusions for both prepaid and postpaid systems via *113# command.

I WAnt to set a permanent limit, can I set it by calling?
No, you can also apply for a fixed limit electronically. Download the "Application for a Fixed Limit" from the "useful documents |team" section fill it out, and send it to our email address: customercare@telecomarmenia.am. A fixed limit is set for an indefinite period.

How can I get internet settings?
You can get the settings by dialing *151*2#, after receiving the 2nd SMS You must save them in the phone. Then You must restart Your phone.
If you WAnt to receive internet settings, please send “2” via SMS to 1212 number. You will receive 2 text messages: the second one must be saved. After saving it, please restart Your phone. Charging for the internet will be in accordance with the price plan, or the services activated. -
We use COMBO plan, but we don’t make use of mobile number. Will my phone be charged if we make a payment?
Yes, regardless of the fact whether you use the number or not, if the contract has not been terminated, package activation charges are performed.

The expiry date of COMBO package hasn't passed yet, but the landline internet is disconnected, why?
Monthly payments of the last contract weren’t Fully made while changing the tariff plan, that is why it is disconnected. To activate it, you must make a payment to the 13****** code.

In the case of a postpaid system, when is the amount to be paid presented and when is the number blocked?
The amount payable for the previous month can be visible to the subscriber as soon as the invoices are ready, from the 2nd to the 4th of each month. On the 19th of each month, one-WAy blocking is carried out-blocking outgoing calls. On the 22nd, there is a two-WAy lock and on the 23rd, there is a lock without a subscription Fee.
