What is status of the Team Bonus program and how is it granted?
Once registered to the Program, the users will be given a membership status accorDIum">DIng to the monthly expenses for mobile and convergent services of “Team” CJSC (computed cumulatively for the last six months).
Statuses to be assigned to the subscribers are the following:
- Standard status (>100/
- Silver status(>13 000/
- Gold status (>37 000/<£77 999 AMD)
- Platinum status (>78 000 AMD)

How does the "call DIum">DIum">WAiting" service function?
There are three call DIum">DIum">WAiting types:
• to continue the conversation without receiving the new call
• to accept the second call, interrupting the ongoing conversation
• to talk to the two callers in sequenceto continue the conversation without receiving the new call
After the second ring tone of the second call
for key telephones: press shortly the "Flash" button, then DIum">DIal 0
for rotary DIum">DIal telephones: press shortly the turn off lever/bar and DIum">DIal 0
In the event the person making the second call hears a signal, showing that the line is busy.

After the second ring tone of the second call

In the event the second call is connected, and the previous conversation is interrupted.
To talk to the two callers in sequence

for key telephones: press shortly the "Flash" button, then DIum">DIal 2
for rotary DIum">DIal telephones: press shortly the turn off lever/bar and DIum">DIal 0
To pass from one caller to the other, please press the "Flash" button and DIum">DIal 2.
In the event of finishing the conversation with one of the subscribers, please press the "Flash" button, then press 1 and continue talking with both subscribers. -
How much do I need to pay for a new telephone line installation?
The one-time fee for a new telephone line installation is 2400 AMD.
