How can I get internet settings?
You can get the settings by dialing *151*2#, after receiving the 2nd SMS You must save them in the phone. Then You must restart Your phone.
If you WAnt to receive internet settings, please send “2” via SMS to 1212 number. You will receive 2 text messages: the second one must be saved. After saving it, please restart Your phone. Charging for the internet will be in accordance with the price plan, or the services activated. -
We use COMBO plan, but we don’t make use of mobile number. Will my phone be charged if we make a payment?
Yes, regardless of the fact whether you use the number or not, if the contract has not been terminated, package activation charges are performed.

The expiry date of COMBO package hasn't passed yet, but the landline internet is disconnected, why?
Monthly payments of the last contract weren’t fully made while changing the tariff plan, that is why it is disconnected. To activate it, you must make a payment to the 13****** code.

How can I activate / deactivate call forWArding when there is no answer?
For telephones with all incoming calls instant call forWArding preference only when the subscriber doesn't answer first four telephone calls.
Activation:
for key telephones, please dial *61* [telephone number] #
for rotary dial telephones, please dial 161 [telephone number]
Deactivation:
for key telephones, please dial #61#
for rotary dial telephones, please dial162
The tariffication of the forWArded call is made pursuant to the tariff plan. -
What do the numbers of blocked directions mean?
You can choose which direction calls you WAnt to block.
The following 5 options are available.
• 01 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), and outgoing calls directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 02 – blocks international outgoing calls (00), outgoing calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services (090) and "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88),
• 03 – blocks international calls (00), calls to Georgia, CIS and Baltic countries, and outgoing calls to, directed to services "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to other RA and NKR landline networks (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to services with additional cost (090),
• 04 – blocks international calls, calls to CIS countries, to "Armenian's world" (*88*, 88), to RA and NKR landline network operators (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), to RA and NKR mobile network operators (Team, Viva Cell, Orange, K-Telecom), to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and outgoing calls, directed to services with additional cost (090),
• 05 – block all outgoing calls, except for those to special numbers.
• 06 - allows landline network subscribers (apart from subscribers of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, subscribers of Vayk and Goris villages and CDMA subscribers) to make outgoing calls to RA and NKR landline network operators (010, 011, 02,03, 047, 060xx), and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00;*88*, 88), outgoing calls to RA and NKR mobile network operators, to «Dial-up Internet Team» (8888), and to the services with additional cost (090)) -
What do the blocking numbers for directions mean?
You can choose the directions you WAnt to block for calling. Here are 6 available options.
- 01-blocks international outgoing calls (00) and value added services (090)
- 02-blocks international outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, blocks calls to value added services (090) and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ world’’ service (*88*,88)
- 03-blocks international outgoing calls, outgoing calls to Georgia, to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Baltic States, and outgoing calls made by ‘’Armenians’ World’’ service (*88*,88), other fixed (01, 02, 03, 060, 047), and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-KaRABakh (Vivacell Orange, K-Telecom), ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888), blocks outgoing calls with value added services (090)
- 04- blocks international outgoing calls, calls to Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), blocks value added services (090) and outgoing calls made by ‘’Hayeri ashkharh’’ service (88,88), blocks other fixed and mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-KaRABakh, ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888) and outgoing calls with value added services (090).
- 05-blocks outgoing calls in general excluding calls made to special numbers
- 06-lets the fixed line subscribers, (except for ones of Gyumri, Stepanavan and Akhuryan cities, Vayk, Goris village subscribers and CDMA subscribers), make calls to fixed networks of RA and Nagorno-KaRABakh (010, 011, 02, 03, 047, 060xx) and blocks outgoing calls to other directions (outgoing international calls (00, *88*, 88), blocks outgoing calls to mobile networks of RA and Nagorno-KaRABakh, ‘’Dial-up Internet Beeline’’ (8888) and calls to value added services (090).
