If your phone WAs turned off or unavailable, you will receive an SMS mEssage with the number of the caller. At the same time, the service will notify subscribers calling you by sending them an informational SMS mEssage that your phone is already online and they can call you back.

“AlWAys online!” consists of two parts: “Be informed!” And “I'm online!”.
