As from August 1, 2019, new decreased tariffs applied for Beeline subscribers travelling to Artsakh: incoming calls are AMD 25 per minute, outgoing calls to Armenia and local calls in Artsakh are AMD 38 per minute, and one SMS is AMD 40.

The change of the formerly acting rates became possible as a result of the discussions within the framework of the workshop conducted for the review of roaming rates in Artsakh. The working group was set up by the order of the RA Ministry of High-Tech Industry, at the initiative of RA PSRC and with the involvement of the representatives of Artsakh Ministry of Economy and Industrial Infrastructures, the State Commission for the Regulation of Public Services and Economic Competition of Artsakh, “Karabakh Telecom" CJSC, and all telecom operators of Armenia.
