Hayk Yesayan

Hayk Yesayan is a member of the Board of Directors of Team Telecom Armenia. Until August 24, 2026, he served as the CEO of Team Telecom Armenia.

Hayk Yesayan is a co-founder and director of the Team Group of companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in telecommunications and technology. During his career, he has led well-known and innovative companies in telecommunications and other technology-related fields.

Hayk Yesayan founded and led Ucom for many years. In 2020, he co-founded Team CJSC, which acquired 100% of the shares of Beeline Armenia, making Armenia’s first telecommunications company Armenian-owned once again.

Starting with telecommunications, under Hayk Yesayan’s leadership, Team Group has grown into a group of more than 15 companies operating across multiple sectors in 4 countries.

The largest company within Team Group, Team Telecom Armenia, became the first publicly traded joint-stock company in Armenia’s telecommunications sector in 2023, carrying out an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Hayk Yesayan studied at the State Engineering University of Armenia, where he earned a Master’s degree. He subsequently graduated from the MFB Financial Academy, earning a qualification as an economist specializing in Finance and Credit.
