The packages of postpaid tariff plan «Smart Business» are fully provided when connecting to the tariff plan on the first day of the month. In the event of connecting another day, the subscription fee, as well as minutes, SMS and GB provided under the tariff plan shall be billed according to the days remaining by the end of that month.

Prepaid "Smart Business" TP is provided through "Corporate Budget" service.

In case of termination of the contract on providing mobile communication services, the unused balance available to the subscriber at that moment shall not be refunded.

Each month (after the billing period) the Operator submits subscriber invoices for the services rendered according to the current tariffs.

Prices are indicated in AMD, including VAT.

Billing is per seconds, counting from the first second.

Maximum duration of one call for postpaid tariff plans is 120 minutes.

The terms given above of the tariff plan are valid only throughout RA.

Upon changing the tariff plan, the subscriber agrees to all terms of new tariff plan including the necessity  to reactivate a number of additional services and pay for the activation of those services should it be stipulated under the new tariff plan.

After consuming packages of minutes, international calls are charged according to standard tariffs.

The payment is to be made until the end of the month at which the invoice has been submitted.

The Operator is entitled to set a maximum credit limit for the Subscriber.

In case of non-payment, on the 15th of the next month the connection will be will be suspended for one direction, and on the 19th of the next month for both directions.
