Call Waiting
The service allows the subscriber to take another call during a telephone conversation. If another interlocutor calls the subscriber during a telephone conversation, a specific tone signal will ring.
There are three types of call waiting:
- Continue conversation without receiving a new call
- Second call answering with current call interruption
- To conduct the conversation with two callers in succession
For key telephones dial *43#
For rotary dial telephones dial 143
For key telephones dial #43#
For rotary dial telephones dial 144
The service is provided free.
Continue conversation without receiving a new call
After the second signal of the second call:
For key telephones: press «End» (Flash) button, then press number 0
For rotary dial telephones: press «End» button, then press number 0
In that case the second caller hears the seizing signal.
Second call answering with current call interruption
After the second signal of the second call:
For key telephones: press «End» (Flash) button, then press number 1
For rotary dial telephones: press «End» button, then press number 1
In that case the second call is connected, and the previous call is interrupted automatically.
To conduct the conversation with two callers in succession
After the second signal of the second call:
For key telephones: press «End» (Flash) button, then press number 2
For rotary dial telephones: press «End» button, then press number 2
For transferring from one call to another press «End» again and press number 2.
After finishing the conversation with a subscriber press «End» (Flash) button, then press number 1 to continue conversation with the other subscriber.
