About eSIM card
eSIM description
An eSIM card (embedded SIM) is a standard virtual SIM card that allows you to activate your mobile operator's tariff package without the need to use a physical SIM card, if your phone or equipment supports eSIM technology. The list of equipment supporting eSIM technology can be found in the table below.
To activate the eSIM card, you need to scan the QR code provided when you purchase the eSIM. After scanning the provided QR code, you will be able to use the phone's mobile services just like with a physical SIM card.
You can store up to 5 eSIM cards with other phone numbers while using the physical SIM card, but you can only use one eSIM.
The same eSIM card can be reactivated up to 5 times.
The process of replacing an eSIM card is no different from the usual process of replacing a SIM card. Replacement is available at all Team sales and service centers.
It should be noted that if the eSIM is deleted through the smartphone settings, the phone number remains active. To cancel it, you need to contact the Team sales and service center and cancel the contract.
eSIM is also available in devices such as tablets, smartwatches, fitness trackers, and more. However, the simultaneous use of the same eSIM in two or more devices is impossible, the eSIM is attached to a specific device, so in this case it is necessary to connect different eSIM-cards for each device.
The card is activated by scanning the QR code, which is provided electronically after the sale. For the security of your data, do not share the QR code with outsiders
The eSIM card has a serial number like a normal SIM card, in the format 89374010003XXXXXXX. That serial number will be listed as the eSIM card number.
It is important to note that the Mobile ID service cannot be activated on an eSIM number, nor will the Mobile ID service work when replacing an existing SIM card with an eSIM card, as Mobile ID technology is not compatible with eSIM.
