Key Responsibilities:

·       Provide high-quality and high-level services to customers.

·       Implement the sales of provided services and products.

·       Maintain cash operations and keep relevant documentation.

·       Act in line with procedures and work instructions.

·       Ensure settings regulation for all devices.

·       Prepare reports in accordance with the approved schedule.

Education:

·       University degree or college diploma/certificate

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Knowledge of basics of telecommunications;

·       Knowledge of sales and service fundamentals;

·       Ability to implement active sales;

·       Open to learning new skills;

·       Ability to negotiate;

·       Sales and customer care skills;

·       Ability to work under pressure, stress-resistant;

·       Excellent communication skills;

·       Conflict management capabilities;

·       Result-oriented, accurate and responsible personality;

·       Excellent team player;

·       Advanced Microsoft Office user (particularly knowledge of Excel);

·       Excellent knowledge of Armenian language, fluency in English and Russian languages. 

Working experience:

·       Working experience in sales and customer care is a plus
