What is the term commitment of the package?
For the COSMO 4 TV 12900 and COSMO 4 TV Regional 10400 service packages, in the event of early termination of the agreement or a switch to a lower-priced service package during the term of the agreement:
- during the first 24 months, the subscriber shall be required to pay the cost of the TV in the amount of AMD 150,000, including VAT, after which ownership of the television shall be transferred to the subscriber;
- starting from the 24th month, the subscriber shall be required to pay AMD 2,000, including VAT, after which ownership of the TV shall be transferred to the subscriber.
The COSMO 4 TV 12900 and COSMO 4 TV Regional 10400 service packages are available only with a 12-month fixed-term commitment subject to automatic renewal. In the event of early termination of the agreement, as well as a switch to a lower-priced tariff package during the term of the agreement, a penalty of AMD 20,000 shall apply.
How long does the connection take?
The period required for a new connection or activation: Yerevan — 3-6 calendar days, regions — 3-5 working days.

How to use TeamTV?
Mobile TeamTV operates without using internet megabytes and is available throughout the country.
Download the TeamTV application from the App Store or Play Market, then activate the TeamTV service by dialing *818# from your mobile phone, or click “Register” on the TeamTV application login page.
With the username received by SMS, you can connect to 3 TeamTV devices simultaneously. The TeamTV application is available on iOS, Android, Samsung Smart TV and LG Smart TV.
What additional devices are available?
TV device. With COSMO 4 packages, additional TV devices can be provided — each for 2,500 AMD per month.
Wi-Fi extender device. Beacon 2 — 500 AMD per month.
Powerbank external battery. Ensures continuous use of the internet in case of a power outage.

What conditions do the additional Be Free tariffs have?
After becoming a subscriber of the COSMO package, you can purchase up to 3 additional SIM cards with special Be Free tariffs.
In case of termination of the main number of the COSMO package, as well as when an additional number leaves the group, the tariff plan will be changed accordingly to the standard Be Free 3200 or Be Free 5000. The tariff plan change will take place at the moment of termination of the main number or leaving the group.
